The Hanover Hound is sometimes called as a Hanoverian Hound. It is an offspring of the big bloodhounds (Liam Hounds) of medieval era and known as tracking and hunting dog. It had originated in Germany in the 17th century, however in the 1980s, first entered in France, since a very rare breed. It was a bred by crossing with Bavarian Hound to give rise the Bavarian Mountain hounds. It was bred to get a specialist dog in tracking the wound games. It is a medium sized dog, well proportioned and powerful. It is suitable for their work. The Hanover Hounds are not only loyal, but they are also calm and affectionate and even tempered being a family dog. Hanover Hound Appearance
